SkillBetz Official Rules

•  SkillBetz offers a series of strength and conditioning challenges that allows players the chance to win contests through physical fitness challenges and win great prizes as well as contribute to the SkillBetz social wall “SB Social” sharing their fitness inspiration with old friends and new friends alike.

• SkillBetz hosts various fitness challenges designed for you to show off your strength skills based on speed, repetition, and form.

• Apple Inc. is not involved in any way with the contests and the age rating to use our application is 17+.

General Challenge Rules:

• Select the challenge that you want to enter, and pay your entrance fee of the amount of SkillBetz Coins shown

• Be sure to read the challenge descriptions and follow the form rules to ensure your reps will count

• Record your video and follow the timing instructions

• Submit your video

• SkillBetz staff will watch the videos and count the reps to verify the winner

• Winners will be announced within 72 hours after the challenge date

• In order to obtain more SkillBetz Coins Players can enter free contests for the chance to win more coins or by writing posts in SB Social that have a positive impact. SkillBetz Staff will reward coins at their discretion.

Video Rules:

• We should be able to see a clothed body in videos of the player who holds the account in all video challenge submissions

• Faces must be visible in the videos

• If SkillBetz staff suspect other individuals acting as the player in the challenge video submissions, SkillBetz has all right to dismiss the video submission and block and or ban the player indefinitely from partaking in Skillbetz challenges.

Pot Distribution:

• The pot percentage distributions are defined in the challenge. Once the winners are selected, the pot will be distributed out to the winners of the challenges.

Money:

• All new players start out with 1,000 Coins to use in fitness challenges.

• Players pay the SkillBetz Coins entry fee upfront to enter challenges.

• Skillbetz is hosting a no real money challenge platform. At no point will Skillbetz ask for credit card information unless notified prior.

• In the future, SkillBetz may involve a real money fitness challenge platform depending on player favorability, but unless SkillBetz staff has notified all players and made the changes to the EULA Agreement, at no point will Skillbetz ask for credit card information.

Sportsmanship:

• We strive to create a supportive environment that’s fun, challenging, safe, and motivational to others. Together we ask our players to follow the guidelines and sportsmanship rules, and also help us enforce these standards throughout our community:

1. Players should only have one account. Players who try to game the system by creating multiple accounts will be disqualified

2. Treat all players with respect and integrity

3. No harassment of players

4. If a social post is inappropriate, please flag it and a SkillBetz staff member will make the final call for warning user for displaying inappropriate content and deleting the post and potentially blocking the user from using SkillBetz.

5. If A post was flagged on mistake post will not be deleted

6. If user who flagged the post by mistake is constantly flagging posts will be blocked from accessing SkillBetz content

Health Safety:

• Players assume all risks of their participation in our challenges.

• Don’t take part in any challenges that would be unsafe to your health.

• Be sure to consult with a physician before entering SkillBetz challenges
